MTH-10 is a solid catalyst intended for cracking and water-reforming reactions that produce hydrogen. It is supplied as black extrudates with a stated size of Φ5 × 5 mm. The listed chemical composition is CuO at ≥65.0 wt%, ZnO at ≥8.0 wt%, Al2O3 at ≥8.0 wt%, and another promoter at ≥2.0 wt%.

Laboratory activity data are reported for 120 ml of reduced-state catalyst operated at a space velocity of 1.2 h⁻¹. Under those stated conditions, conversion was ≥75% at 230°C and ≥95% at 250°C.
