This catalytic converter carrier is designed for engine exhaust-system integration. It uses a metal honeycomb structure with a stainless steel shell and an Fe. CrAl core. Listed shell grades include SUS444, SUS441, SUS430, SUS304, and SUS316. The carrier can be supplied in round, oval, racetrack, or rectangular forms.
Available dimensional parameters include diameters from 28 mm to 550 mm and lengths up to 300 mm. Listed , 200, 250, 300, 400, 500, and 600 CPSI, while foil-thickness options range from 0.03 mm to 0.10 mm. Customization is available.
