Original product description
This solid heterogeneous catalyst is intended for catalytic oxidation of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It uses an active composite metal oxide system described as Cu-Mn and is supplied in black or black-brown form. The manufacturing method is identified as precipitation.
Available configurations include pellets, granules, powder, spherical balls and honeycomb blocks. Listed pellet diameters include 1.1, 3, 5 and 9 mm, with other diameters from 1.1 to 9 mm available. Listed granular grades include 4–8, 6–12, 8–14, 10–16 and 12–20 mesh.
Powder is available finer than 80 mesh, spherical balls are listed in diameters from 2 to 10 mm, and a 100 × 100 × 50 mm honeycomb format is shown. Specifications may be customized to suit the required operating arrangement.
Published technical data state a specific surface area of at least 200 m²/g, moisture of no more than 3%, bulk density of 0.7 ± 0.05 g/ml and strength ranging from 40 to 200 N/cm.
