Wear-Resistant Ceramic Pulley Lagging Rubber Sheet Custom Size Available Introduction: Ceramic pulley lagging can be applied to conveyor drive, tail, snub,bend or take up pulleys when there's a requirement for more grip than what rubber lagging provides or longer service life as a result of higher wear resistance than rubber.
Ceramic pulley lagging is used for pulleys operating under extreme conditions. It is suitable for wet, clay-containing, muddy and abrasive materials. Also for belts under very high tension. Especially suitablefor drive pulleys subject to extreme wear to eliminate slippage.
Technicals: Installation: 1:If the roller is old, before the installation, you need to remove the glue refuse,please use the angle grinder and tungsten steel plate to polish the roller surface, the surface thickness for the polish treatment is 30um. 2.
Brush the detergent on the polished surface of the roller, clean the impurity and grease dirt. 3. Wait for the dry of the detergent,brush a layer of metal coating on the roller surface to avoid the corrosion from outer factors. 4.
Mix the the cold curing adhesive SK313, then brush the adhesive on the roller surface ,after curing, brush a more layer SK313 on the roller again, meantime brush a layer SK313 on the blue backing of the rubber ceramic liner . 5.
when the adhesive are sticky slightly for finger, please paste the rubber ceramic liner on the surface of the roller, and use rubber hammer beats the combination tightly,finally put the rubber repairing agent in the location of the joint of the rubber ceramic liners for sealing treatment.
