Original product description
This activated alumina is supplied as white, odorless spherical granules and is listed as insoluble in water. Its porous structure provides surface area for adsorption and drying duties. Available particle-size ranges include 1–2 mm, 2–3 mm, 3–5 mm, 4–6 mm, and additional sizes.
Listed bulk-density ranges vary by grade from 0.65 to 0.80 g/ml. Supported product options include KA401 for adsorption, KA402 for defluorination, KA403 for absorption during hydrogen peroxide production, KA404 as a catalyst carrier, and KA405 for dehydration and drying in air-separation service.
