SiEM-2030 is a polydimethylsiloxane emulsion formulated with non-ionic emulsifiers. It is soluble in water, with excellent properties including lubricating, sliding, release and shining remarkable,etc.

How to use • Textile raising agent recommended formulation: - Padding process, SiEM-2030 : 1-2g/L - Exhaustion process, SiEM-2030: 0.3-0.5% (o.w.f). • Plastic and rubber release agents: Dilute SiEM-2030 to about 10-20 % with water ,then apply by spraying, painting, dipping cover on the mold.
For the outer tire mold release agent and the sole release agent, SiEM-2030 is applied or diluted and sprayed onto the mold. • Leather and furniture polishing agents: Applied directly or diluted to the desired concentration, cover onto the surface, then polish to light.
