Product Overview Our platinum cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is a two-component, addition-curing silicone elastomer specifically formulated for manufacturing silicone breast forms (breast prostheses), nipple pasties, silicone bra inserts, bra paddings, breast enhancers, push up pads, and adhesive bras .
This medical-grade material is engineered to mimic the texture, elasticity, and weight of natural breast tissue, providing an authentic and comfortable experience for users. Excellent Elasticity & Recovery: High elongation at break (up to 800%) allows the material to stretch and return to its original shape, maintaining comfort and fit over extended use. Platinum-Cured (Addition Cure) Technology: Our platinum catalyst system ensures stable, consistent curing with no byproduct release.
No peroxide residues, no volatile organic compounds, no inhibition issues. 1:1 or 10:1 mix ratio options available. Low Viscosity & Bubble-Free Processing: Excellent flow characteristics (viscosity as low as 1,500-2,000 cps) allow easy pouring and degassing, producing bubble-free products with smooth surfaces.
