PFA Pall Ring for Tower Packing in Resistant to strong acids Purification and distillation of electronic grade chemicals PFA Pall Rings are high-performance plastic random packing materials made from high-purity PFA (perfluoroalkoxy copolymer) resin, widely used in industrial applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and mass transfer efficiency.
Key Features: Exceptional corrosion resistance: Resistant to strong acids (e.g., hydrofluoric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid), strong bases, and organic solvents, with no swelling or chemical degradation.
High mass transfer efficiency: Compared to conventional Raschig rings, processing capacity increases by more than 50%, pressure drop is reduced by half, and separation efficiency improves by 20-30%.
