This activated alumina granular adsorbent is offered in 3–5 mm and 4–6 mm particle sizes for industrial drying and adsorption duties. The product is described as white, non-toxic, odorless, and insoluble in water and ethanol.
Listed applications include selective moisture adsorption from gases, vapors, and liquids;air-dryer service;removal of lubricating-oil vapor from contaminated oxygen, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide;water purification;and use as a catalyst or catalyst carrier.
